1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flippost ("the Service"), operated by Ideabees Technologies ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers, individuals, and entities using the Service for business purposes.

2. Description of Service

Flippost is an AI-powered content repurposing platform. You provide blog posts, articles, newsletters, or other long-form text content, and our AI generates platform-native social media posts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Email newsletters, and other supported platforms.

The Service is provided via the web application at app.flippost.app. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Creator, Pro).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using Flippost, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@flippost.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Flippost to:

• Submit content that you do not own or have the right to repurpose (plagiarized, copyrighted, or stolen content).
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or illegal.
• Create misleading or deceptive content, including fake endorsements or impersonation.
• Circumvent usage limits, abuse the API, or use automated scripts to access the Service beyond its intended use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, prompts, or proprietary processing pipeline.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service or its outputs without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Your Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Input Content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Flippost. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of generating social media posts for you.

6.2 Generated Outputs

You own the social media posts generated by Flippost from your content. You are free to use, edit, publish, and distribute them. However, you are solely responsible for the content you publish on social media platforms — including compliance with each platform's terms of service.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Flippost platform, brand, UI, AI processing pipeline, prompts, algorithms, and documentation are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.

7. AI Usage Disclaimer

Flippost uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. Generated posts may contain inaccuracies, awkward phrasing, or content that doesn't perfectly match your intent. Always review before publishing.
• No guarantee of performance. We cannot guarantee that AI-generated posts will achieve specific engagement metrics, virality, or business results.
• Brand voice is approximate. While our AI learns from your samples, it produces approximations of your tone — not perfect replicas. Human review is recommended.
• Platform compliance is your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with the terms of service of each social media platform where you publish it.

8. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan: Available at no cost with usage limits. No credit card required.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund policy: Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@flippost.app. After 7 days, no refunds for partial billing periods.
• Usage limits: Each plan has a monthly job limit. Unused jobs do not roll over. Exceeding limits requires an upgrade.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Flippost available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party API outages from our AI provider). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Flippost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
• We are not responsible for any consequences of content you generate and publish using Flippost.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideabees Technologies and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) content you submit or publish, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we are required to by law.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Responsible AI Commitment

We are committed to responsible AI use:

• Transparency: We disclose that our content is AI-generated. Free plan outputs include a watermark attribution.
• Human oversight: Flippost is a tool to assist content creation, not replace human judgment. We strongly recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.
• Bias awareness: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. We actively work to minimize bias in outputs but cannot guarantee bias-free content.
• No manipulation: Flippost is designed for legitimate content repurposing. It must not be used to generate spam, propaganda, or manipulative content.
• Continuous improvement: We regularly evaluate our AI pipeline for quality, safety, and fairness.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
